Designed for massage and self-application, Body & Muscle Oil brings together botanical oils and aromatic ingredients to support the body before or after physical activity, or simply where muscles are carrying the demands of everyday life.

The formulation is currently being developed, drawing on more than two decades of hands-on bodywork and earlier preparation and recovery formulation work.

Body & Muscle Oil is being developed as a practical botanical formulation for those moments — something that can be worked into the body through massage and incorporated into everyday physical care.
Training, physical work, prolonged postures and everyday movement can all place different demands on muscles and surrounding tissues.
Movement creates demand. Good care considers what happens around it.
Before & After
Preparation and recovery are different parts of the same physical cycle.
Rather than forcing those decisions before the formulations are ready, the current development process is considering what botanical support is most appropriate at different points around movement, activity and recovery.
Earlier formulation work explored this through separate PRE and POST approaches. That experience now informs the development of Body & Muscle formulations within Skin Patrol.
Bodywork Informs Formulation
This formulation work has developed alongside hands-on bodywork.
That practical experience provides a way of considering not only individual ingredients, but how a topical formulation feels, spreads and functions when it is actually used on the body.
The aim is straightforward: purposeful botanical support developed with real-world application in mind.
